In line with our vision of bridging global standards with local dynamics and certifying sectoral competencies, we at ADD Global have added a new milestone to our successful collaborations with esteemed trainer, consultant, and speaker Mr. Beşir Kemal Ustaoğlu.
In Izmir, a comprehensive two-day workshop titled "Surviving in the VUCA World and the Age of AI" was held with the participation of the Coldwell Banker TEOK Real Estate team. Led by Mr. Ustaoğlu, this interactive training thoroughly addressed the most critical topics of today's business landscape, including change management, decision-making under uncertainty, artificial intelligence, leadership, teamwork, and the customer of the future.
At the end of this productive process, marked by the teams' high enthusiasm for learning and positive energy, the newly acquired skills and vision of the participants were certified under the assurance of ADD Global quality standards and NAO Accreditation. ADD Global-approved certificates of participation were presented to the Coldwell Banker TEOK team members who successfully completed the workshop at a dedicated ceremony.
